Refugees have valuable skills but face many challenges in finding meaningful work. Legal restrictions, long work permit processes, and limited mobility block their access to job markets. Many lack professional networks and face discrimination, making it hard to get opportunities. Gaps in work history due to years of displacement further reduce their chances of securing skilled jobs. Our Pathway aims to remove these barriers and help them succeed.
